Location: Canmore (full address provided upon registration)

Join us for an unforgettable, immersive experience in the world of wild foraging with Chef Tracy Little, the creative and culinary visionary behind Sauvage - Canmore’s acclaimed fine-dining destination rooted in foraging, sustainability, and a deep connection to the land.

You are invited to step away from the noise of daily life and into the stillness of the forest in the Rocky Mountain oasis that we’re lucky to call our backyard. Chef Tracy, will lead us on a mindful foraging journey that nourishes both body and spirit, blending nature connection, gentle learning, and community sharing.

This is an opportunity to slow down, root deeply, and remember what it means to be part of the living world. You’ll be guided to reconnect to that long-forgotten, child-like curiosity that has the power to inspire a strong sense of gratitude, awe and joy in anyone who welcomes it.

What the Experience Includes:

  • Seasonal energy-boosting snack to welcome guests

  • A 2 hour Guided Foraging Walk led by Chef Tracy Little

  • Take-home tote bag for harvesting and gathering plants

  • Light lunch prepared by Chef Tracy and inspired by local and wild ingredients

  • A collective tea-making ritual incorporating freshly foraged herbs and plants to brew at home and continue the mindfulness practice

  • Guided group reflection exercises to help you root into the experience and connect to a community of like-minded women

PLUS! YOU’ll receive a small foraging guidebook to help you reconnect to your foraging experience again, including forest-inspired recipes curated by Chef Tracy

The Setting

We will begin our immersion experience in a beautiful cabin, complete with arched ceilings and a cozy wood burning fireplace in the Benchlands neighborhood of Canmore, Alberta. After a brief introduction and snack to prepare us for our journey, we will head into the nearby forest trails for our 2 hour foraging experience. We will return to the cabin to integrate our new knowledge and experience and connect to each other over a sacred practice incorporating our freshly foraged goodies.

Please note that the venue address, detailed event schedule, and information on how to prepare for your retreat will be provided via email closer to the event date.

The Community

While this is an introductory event, we strongly encourage you to commit to at least 3-4 events over the next 10 months to experience the full benefits of the Living Frequency program - community, being one of the biggest ones!

We strongly believe in the saying “everything happens for a reason” and that you are exactly where you need to be RIGHT NOW. At each event you will be joined by a group of women who have committed to experiencing this lifestyle and mindset shift, probably for very similar reasons as you. This is a very potent and powerful energy to be in, and we invite you to embrace it through an ongoing commitment.

Why This Matters

This offering is designed to reconnect people to the intelligent force present in all living things, and in turn connect more deeply to the best version of ourselves.

Participants will:

  • Rewild their senses—smelling barks, hearing bird calls, tasting wild herbs.

  • Practice reciprocity—harvesting with respect and gratitude.

  • Find belonging—sharing food, stories, and tea together.

  • Carry it forward—leaving not just with knowledge, but with daily practices for slowing down and remembering their place in the web of life.
